vacation

In Oregon, vacation pay, which is sometimes called “paid time off” or “PTO”, is treated like other wages, and earned but unused vacation and PTO must be paid in full upon termination of employment. That means that an Oregon employee who leaves a job may be owed money for any unused vacation or PTO.

In addition, if you were not paid your PTO in your final paycheck, you may be entitled to additional statutory penalty wages.

If you were not paid for unused vacation or PTO, contact Leiman Law, PC for a free, no obligation consultation.
